
Spicy mushroom masala can be served with rice or roti. Kadai mushroom masala can be served with rice or roti. This can be served with plain rice, roti, fried rice, etc. I make it gravy type to serve with rice. If I am serving with roti then little bit dry is okay. Soft muchroom dipped in spicy sauce and crunchy bell pepper with touch of spices is perfect recipe for any season and any meal.

- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- 1-2 Green Chilli
- 10-12 Cashews
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Medium Bell Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 12-15 Chopped mushrooms
- Handful Cilantro
